Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Custom made jewelry items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sale@e-NetworkAssociates.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be returned or refunded..

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items shipped must be insured, sent by either First Class Mail, Expedited Parcel, Registered Mail, or Bonded Courier.

Shipping and Insurance costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  Items sold as Factory Inventory Pricing Direct or from other Trade Partners and or Wholesale pricing will require International Shipping.

International Purchases are Final Sale. Additional duties/taxes on international purchases may be incurred which are not covered by e- NetworkAssociates  / McILwraith & Co. and are not calculated at checkout. Upon receiving an invoice, customs fees must be paid as soon as possible to avoid delivery delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages
e- NetworkAssociates,com and or McILwraith & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, e- NetworkAssociates,com will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like solid gold jewelry,  solid silver jewelry, custom made products (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to and make a separate purchase for the new item and then make return the item you have. Prices fluctuate daily as does inventory both domestic and abroad and are subject to change without notice.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,  refunded amounts are credited on your original payment methods account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
